# Questeroo Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store Developer policies and family privacy regulations, SOLO Build provides clear, self-service mechanisms to permanently delete your parent account and all associated family data.

Method 1: Delete Directly from the Parent App

  1. Open Questeroo Parent on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Account & Family Profile.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Family Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. All linked devices, child profiles, quest logs, and photo verification images will be immediately deleted.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your mobile device:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with your parent account.
  2. Subject line: Questeroo Data Deletion Request
  3. Body: Include your registered parent email address.
  4. Our team will verify account ownership and execute a complete purge of all account records and media within 5 business days, confirming completion via email.

Scope of Data Removal

  • Parent email address, login credentials, and Firebase user ID.
  • All child profile nicknames, avatar customizations, XP, and coin balances.
  • All completed quest logs and historical habit streaks.
  • All uploaded chore verification photos stored in Cloudflare R2 private storage.
  • All active push notification (FCM) pairing tokens.
